We’ve been coming here since they first opened, and it’s honestly disappointing to see how far the quality has fallen. When they first opened, the food was amazing. Over the last few months, though, we’ve noticed it steadily going downhill. After this experience, we are officially done. As soon as we started cooking our food, something smelled off. My husband ate some of the shrimp and almost immediately started feeling sick. He had to rush to the bathroom and couldn’t even finish eating because of how bad he felt. Our server was extremely nice, attentive, and handled the situation as best as she could. She was NOT the problem. The manager, however, was probably the worst part of the entire experience. He was made aware of what happened, yet somehow thought the appropriate response was to repeatedly walk past our table, look over at us, and say absolutely NOTHING. Not one apology. Not one “Is he okay?” Not one attempt to come over and address the situation or ask what he could do to make it right. What exactly is the point of having a manager if they can’t manage a situation like this? I wasn’t expecting anything outrageous. Basic concern and an acknowledgment of what happened

Huge selection of food, all you can eat. Fun social activity with friends and the decor is very cute. They keep the place clean too. Josh was our server and he killed it -- didn't come around too often, polite and helpful, and was attentive enough to top off our drinks and soup broth without us even asking. Awesome place, highly recommend.

This was my first time being there. The food was very delicious you get to cook it yourself at your table the the waitress was terrific the customer service was terrific great atmosphere the only thing I can say is try not to take leftovers home unless you want to. there is a charge of $12.99 a pound Plus what you pay for your meal. Our bill was a bit over $90 not including tip. We will definitely be back just getting smaller portions next time.

The atmosphere was good and calm, while we ourselves enjoyed the food. The waiter/server known as "frank" though, was easily the highlight of the night. He consistently checked up on us, refilled water and the broth pot as well as consistently switched out the the mat for the Hotspot. He even helped show my friend how to do stuff with the Hotspot! Will most definitely come again for food, especially if Frank is our waiter/server
